WC Manufacturing Company was established in 1991 as a supplier of specialty pigments and aqueous pigment dispersions.  Owners David Cramer and Arthur Wildasin are both well-versed in water-based formulating of not only pigment dispersion, but also inks, coatings, and other non-pigmented preparations in aqueous media.  Our products are of the highest quality with our quality control team having been with us for nearly 30 years!

Our manufacturing operations are located at our 20,000 sq. ft. facility in York, PA.  In 2007, we purchased the former Keystone Color Works, which had been in business since 1919.  In acquing Keystone, WC Manufacturing added a full line of conventional aqueous pigment dispersions to our product offerings.  We are able to custom formulate products for your company’s individual needs and applications.

Aside from our specialty and conventional pigment dispersions, we also supply industrial and food grade dyes and pearlescent pigments.

Our products are used in a variety of markets including paintballs, bingo and other specialty marker inks, the paper coatings industry, artist’s paints and craft paints, as well as wallcoverings manufacturing, chalk, screen printing and balloons.
